CQ-Roll Call Summits and Town Halls

In Depth Discussions Inside the Beltway and Beyond

CQ-Roll Call Summits

CQ-Roll Call Summits and Town Halls offer the ability to have in-depth discussions on policy both inside and outside the Beltway. These turnkey, custom event offerings can range in attendance from 26 to 200 attendees. Summits follow an executive roundtable format promoting open dialogue among stakeholders representing diverse views on some of the most pressing public policy issues. Town Halls offer the same type of experience with a larger audience and broad panel discussion. Use of audience response keypads enhances the town hall experience.

These discussions can take place inside the Beltway or beyond. The topic, agenda and venue for each Summit or Town Hall are set in close consultation with our sponsor. Throughout the process, CQ-Roll Call remains true to their founding principles of editorial objectivity, fairness and balance by retaining editorial control over the direction of the event and ensuring the highest quality of participation and substantive debate.

The Program:

  • Half-day (8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.)
  • Twenty key stakeholders taking part in the entire discussion
  • Opening remarks from leading policy makers (such as governors, mayors and/or members of Congress)
  • Sponsor representative joins us at the table to offer opening and closing remarks and, as appropriate, participate in the discussion itself.

Enhancements

Extend the life of your event sponsorship by developing an executive summary that can be distributed as a "sponsored insert" in CQ Weekly and Roll Call. In addition, each event is videotaped and can be posted and archived on our Web sites. Live Webcasting is also available for an additional fee.
